Historical Sketch

In 1991, McNeese State University formed the Department of Mass Communications from the former Department of Communication and Speech. The Records consist of Dr. Peter Dart’s papers. Dart was an MSU faculty member, 1985-1999.
 

Scope and Content Note

The Records consist of Dr. Peter Dart’s office files, 1992-2000, and n.d. The files include a proposition for a campus radio station, plans for Hardtner Hall, Department Head Meetings documents, degree plan revision notes and forms, print materials from professional organizations, and a research file.
