Farrar Hall

McNeese built this Education Building in 1968 under the direction of president, Wayne Cusic, and later renamed it to honor Dr. Joseph Farrar, the first Dean of John McNeese Junior College.  Farrar Hall houses the Burton College of Education, the Kay Dore Counseling Center, the Office of Special Services & Equity, the Dore School of Graduate Studies, and Baker Auditorium, named for Dr. C.C. Baker. Farrar Hall can be found just east of the quad and behind the Recreational Center. Also, located on the south end of the building is the Memorial Gym.
