McNeese President's Home

McNeese built the President's Home in 1965 and it was first occupied by President Wayne Cusic and his family. Originally, the 5.78-acre, 350-foot frontage property was the two-story home of Dr. and Mrs. R.P. Howell. McNeese purchased the property and home for $22,000 in 1945 from the Howells.  In 1964, construction began for the current home on the same property.
