Watkins Infirmary

The campus infirmary opened its doors in 1966. It is named for Dr. Thomas Henry Watkins, an early 20th century surgeon in Lake Charles. Presently, it staffs full-time nurses who treat medical illnesses & emergencies, injuries, and educate students about health concerns. The infirmary is nestled behind the Library and Kirkman Hall.
