Special Collections Department Biographical Sketch Kay Iles was a Louisiana State Representative from DeRidder, La., representing District 31. Iles served in the Legislature from 1996 to 2004 and is a member of the Democratic party. Scope and Content Note The collection consists of newspaper clippings of Iles’ campaign for Representative, campaign ephemera, five photographs of Iles visiting a junior high school classroom, and a bound volume (The Louisiana House of Representatives 2003 Yearbook for Rep.
