Academic Search Complete
Provides full text for more than 5,300 scholarly publications, including full text for more than 4,400 peer-reviewed journals. Coverage spans virtually every area of academic study and offers information dating as far back as 1865.


Access Science
This database is the 10th edition of McGraw-Hill's Encyclopedia of Science and Technology and is fully searchable. It includes over 8,500 articles, 110,000 definitions, 15,000 illustrations, graphics and bibliographies, and 2,000 scientist biographies. Continuous updates in science and technology from Science News and Science Central Videos are also featured.


Agricola
This database contains bibliographic records from the U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Agricultural Library. Coverage dates back to 1979 and includes more than 2.5 million citations. The citations are comprised of journal articles, monographs, theses, patents, software, audiovisual materials, and technical reports related to agriculture.


Alt HealthWatch
This alternative health database provides full text for 180 publications in the collection, including full text for many peer-reviewed journals. Alt HealthWatch provides in-depth coverage across the full spectrum of subject areas covered by complementary and alternative medicine dating back to 1990.

This is the world's definitive scholarly business database, providing the ultimate collection of bibliographic and full text content. Business Source Complete contains far more active, peer-reviewed, business related journals than any other database currently available. As part of the comprehensive coverage offered by this database, indexing and abstracts for the most important scholarly business journals back to 1886 are included. CINAHL (EBSCOhost)
CINAHL is the authoritative resource for nursing and allied health professionals, students, educators and researchers. This database provides indexing for 1,835 journals from the fields of nursing and allied health. The database contains more than 1,000,000 records dating back to 1982.


CINAHL Plus w/Full Text
CINAHL Plus with Full Text is the world's most comprehensive source of full text for nursing & allied health journals, providing full text for more than 560 journals indexed in CINAHL. Of those, nearly 400 have cover-to-cover indexing in CINAHL. With more than 600,000 full-text articles dating back to 1937, CINAHL Plus with Full Text is the definitive research tool for all areas of nursing and allied health literature.


CINAHL Select
CINAHL Select is a valuable resource for nursing and allied health professionals, students, educators and researchers. This database contains more than 170 full text journals with PDF coverage back as far as 1973 including 120 peer-reviewed publications. All journals in this collection are indexed in CINAHL. CINAHL Select is updated on a weekly basis via EBSCOhost.

Columbia Granger's Poetry Database is an index of poetry found in anthologies as well as those found in the collected works of individual poets. This database currently has nearly 50,000 poems in full text and more than 400,000 poem citations


Communication & Mass Media Complete
Contains the entire Communication & Mass Media Index (CMMI), plus >the a good collection of full text communication and mass media journals.

Provides citations to articles dealing with economics. Coverage spans from 1969-current.


ECONOMIA Y NEGOCIOS
Economía y Negocios is the result of a collaborative effort between EBSCO Publishing and ESAN (Escuela de Administración de Negocios para Graduados). This continuously updated bibliographic database is an indispensable tool for research conducted in the areas of business and economics. Search functionality is enhanced through the incorporation of author keywords supplied in Spanish and English. More than 60,000 records, dating back to the early 1980s, provide coverage for over 200 Spanish and Portuguese-language periodicals published in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Spain, the United States and elsewhere. Active titles include Revista de la CEPAL, Revista de Administraçao, Estudios Empresariales, and Agroeconómico.


EJS E-Journals
Online access to a small group of journals to which the library subscribes. Provides indexing for all subscription-based EBSCO journal titles.  Coverage mainly in the sciences.


Environmental Issues & Policy Index
Environmental Issues & Policy Index offers cover-to-cover indexing and detailed abstracts for well over 1,000 international journals, with ongoing coverage for over 500 titles, providing a global perspective on important issues. The database features an in-depth thesaurus, and extensive subject area coverage ranging as far back as 1950.


ERIC (EBSCOhost)
ERIC, the Educational Resource Information Center contains more than 2,200 digests along with references for additional information and citations and abstracts from over 980 educational and education-related journals.


ERIC (Government)
The new ERIC (Educational Resource Information Center) online system, released September 2004, provides the public with a centralized ERIC Web site for searching the ERIC bibliographic database of more than 1.1 million citations going back to 1966.


Fuente Academica
Fuente Academica is a unique collection of scholarly academic journals from renowned Latin American and Spanish publishers. This database provides full text coverage (including PDF) for nearly 200 scholarly Spanish language journals. Content is provided in Spanish from respected publishers worldwide.

Funk and Wagnall's New World Encyclopedia
This database provides over 25,000 encyclopedic entries covering a variety of subject areas.


Gale Group Main Menu
Gale offers several full text databases. The comprehensive databases mostly consist of resources from the literary discipline.


GeoRef
Includes bibliographic citations from the American Geological Institute database.  Indexing of U.S. publications dates back to 1785.  Indexing of worldwide publications begins in 1933.


Groves Music Dictionary
Provides the full text of the printed edition, plus advanced search capabilities. Over 3000 links to related sites, including sound archives and illustrations.  Library on-site access only.


Health Source: Nursing/Academic Edition
This database provides nearly 600 scholarly full text journals focusing on many medical disciplines. This database also features abstracts and indexing for nearly 850 journals.


History Reference Center
History Reference Center offers full text from more than 1,000 reference books, encyclopedias and non-fiction books, cover to cover full text for 60 history magazines, 58,000 historical documents, 43,000 biographies of historical figures, more than 12,000 historical photos and maps, and more than 80 hours of historical video.


Hospitality & Tourism Index
Hospitality & Tourism Index is a bibliographic database covering scholarly research and industry news relating to all areas of hospitality and tourism. This comprehensive database contains more than 490,000 records from 500 titles, with coverage dating as far back as 1965.


Humanities International Index

In the First Person
In the First Person is a new library index that lets users perform in-depth field and keyword searches across all letters, diaries, oral histories, memoirs, and autobiographies within scholarly materials that are freely available on the Web and Alexander Street databases. With a single search, users can access thousands of personal narratives in English from archives and repositories everywhere. Project Gutenberg is the oldest producer of free electronic books (eBooks or etexts) on the Internet. Their collection of more than 13.000 eBooks was produced by hundreds of volunteers. Most of the Project Gutenberg eBooks are older literary works that are in the public domain in the United States. All may be freely downloaded and read, and redistributed for non-commercial use.

This database provides full text articles on current issues in psychology from respected sources, spanning from 1988 to the present. PsycARTICLES includes more than 25,000 full-text articles from 42 journals published by American Psychological Association and allied organizations. PsycCRITIQUES

Reference Universe
Reference Universe is a continuously-updated database of back-of-the-book indexes and article titles to subject encyclopedias and reference works. As of February 25, 2004 there are more than2,950 titles online. Additional titles are added weekly.


Regional Business News
This database provides comprehensive full text coverage for regional business publications. Regional Business News incorporates coverage of 75 business journals, newspapers and newswires from all metropolitan and rural areas within the United States.

RILM Abstracts of Music Literature
RILM (Répertoire International de Littérature Musicale) Abstracts of Music Literature published by Répertoire International de Littérature Musicale, New York, contains records in over 100 languages; entries include original-language titles, title translations in English, full bibliographic information, and abstracts in English, as well as author, journal, and in-depth subject indexes. RIPM - Retrospective Index to Music Periodicals

Produced by the Buros Institute of Mental Measurements at the University of Nebraska, Tests in Print (TIP) serves as a comprehensive bibliography to all known commercially available tests that are currently in print in the English language. TIP provides vital information to users including test purpose, test publisher, in-print status, price, test acronym, intended test population, administration times, publication date(s), and test author(s). A score index permits users to identify what is being measured by each test. Tests in Print is directly linked to the critical, candid test reviews published in the Mental Measurements Yearbook (MMY) series. Users can research current test information from the TIP series and continue their search to all available test reviews published in the MMY series.
